ExperienceJill M. Browning joined ASHE, P.C. in 2007. Ms. Browning has many years of experience litigating patents and related causes as well as all aspects of negotiating and drafting agreements relating to intellectual property. Prior to joining ASHE, P.C., Ms. Browning was a partner at a patent law firm in the Washington, D.C. area, where she litigated patent disputes in technical areas such as pharmaceuticals including ANDA or (Orange Book) cases, medical imaging devices, telephony, wireless data transfer technology and mechanical devices. Ms. Browning also counseled clients with respect to their patent portfolios and has negotiated and drafted numerous agreements relating to patents, trademarks and copyright, including joint development agreements, license agreements, invention agreements, software development agreements and purchase agreements. Before entering private practice, Ms. Browning also served as the Law Clerk to Judges Cacheris, Hilton, Ellis and Brinkema in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Admissions
